Kasa-obake (Japanese: 傘おばけ) are a mythical ghost or yōkai in Japanese folklore.

They are sometimes, but not always, considered a tsukumogami that old umbrellas turn into. They are also called "karakasa-obake", "kasa-bake", and "karakasa kozō"
